Mr. Umesh Lahoti, is a Managing Director of our Company. He is also one of the Core Promoters of the Company. He has done his graduation in Commerce from Shivaji University, Solapur. After completing his graduation, he has joined family business of wholesale cloth trading. He has more than 37 years of experience in the business of yarn and clothing trading. He has been associated with various family business and have experience in the field of construction, textile, spinning and exports of cotton yarns. Presently, he is looking after day to day operations and management of the company.

Mr. Ujwal Lahoti, is an Executive Director of our Company. He is also one of the Core Promoters of the Company. He has done his graduation in Commerce from Pune University. He has more than 40 years of experience in the business of yarn and cloth trading. He is handling day to day activities of the company which includes cloth trading, share trading, Leasing and Bill Discounting. He is responsible for overall operations of the company.

Mr. Aadhitiya Lahoti, is an Executive Director of our Company. He completed his B.Com & FMBA and has experience of more than 19 years in Marketing in textile Industries and also business development. His knowledge about modern business environment and management system helps in the growth and performance the Company. He also serves in the Board of various public and private limited Companies.

Mrs. Meghna Panchal, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She is appointed on the Board in February, 2015 thereby fulfilling the requirement of a Woman Director on the Board of the Company and since then has been providing valuable inputs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and has experience in Business Administration.

Mr. Sanjay Deshpande, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is an engineer with Post graduation in Defence studies. After retirement from Indian Navy he was heading a shipbuilding company Bharati Shipyard Ltd, Ratnagirai for One and half years. He is associated with Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd (Erstwhile Titagarh Wagons Limited) for last 11 years in various capacities and now Executive director Heading Shipbuilding division. He has a rich experience of 32 years in defence and 13 years in corporate at very senior position after retirement from Navy.

Mr. Ravi Seth, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has 47 years of experience, as a practicing chartered accountant and interacting with entrepreneurs from the various fields. He also serves in the Board of various public Companies.

Mr. Mahesh Mishra, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.  He is a commerce graduate & MBA (Finance) with over 20 years of extensive experience in financial management, Taxation, Audit, Compliance, and export import operation.

Ms. Mugdha Deo, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law. She has joined the Company in the year 2024 with an experience in corporate laws.
